BRIAN CARTER
Brian acts as outside counsel for Sunfire. He has practiced law in California for 37 years and is a highly aggressive litigator who thrives on the challenges presented by litigating against hard-nosed attorneys. Brian as a practice tries to first explore every possible avenue of resolution before filing suit and continues strategizing toward reaching a negotiated settlement including “on the courthouse steps.”
Brian is a native-born San Franciscan and an avid World traveler who has visited more than 95 countries. Brian enjoys adventure sports such as scuba diving, hang gliding, surfing and snowboarding. He also speaks Spanish.
