Greg has over 35 years of experience in investment/commercial real estate, construction business development, and project management leadership in Silicon Valley and the Greater San Francisco Bay Area.

Greg sold preconstruction services for nationally recognized general contractors, Rudolph & Sletten, Inc., DPR Construction, Inc., and Swinerton Builders.  His real estate and preconstruction experience provided a unique skillset to help real estate brokers and their clients better understand project risk, manage client expectations and bring construction projects to successful completion. Greg provided strategic project management services for Newmark Knight Frank and Colliers International.

Greg was Managing Director of Project Management for Cushman & Wakefield, where he co-managed the Northern California region supporting more than three hundred real estate brokers, property managers, capital market managers and their global clients.

Greg provided business and sales development strategies for a start-up company that established critical early account wins leading to national recognition and successful funding rounds.

Leveraging his real estate and project management leadership experience, Greg is expanding Sun FireDefense’s unique market offering into high fire risk regions in Northern California, Colorado, and other Western States.
